We have hired EKIM Painting to repair damaged siding to prepare for painting.
Please park cars either in your garage or on the street to make space for workers and prevent damage.
Siding repairs have been completed!
Paint survey: Survey says....keep the colors the same!
Painting touches and fixes are happening now!
Please clear all areas next to the walls, front and back yards so EKIM will have easy access.
They have been painted with a refresh of the current colors.

We were able to secure two Little Gem Magnolias from the City of Mountain View's Annual Arbor Day Free Tree Giveaway
The two dwarf magnolias are located in front of unit 11 and between units 14-15.
From The Arbor Day Foundation:
All the charm of a southern magnolia in a smaller size, the little gem magnolia is a popular ornamental choice for people living in hardiness zones 6 through 10. It is often used as a standout landscape specimen, to add evergreen beauty near decks and patios, as a floral screen or hedge, and in large containers.
If you choose this variety, you will be rewarded early on. The shrub blooms as soon as two or three years old and provides a profusion of fragrant blossoms in those early years of growth.
We hope to take advantage of this event again in 2023 to add more trees and replace the damaging Bradford pears in the property.
Please join the landscape committee if you'd like to help us in the future!
Completed!
Border Plants - These plants are called Razzleberri (Loropetalum chinense 'Razzleberri').
Eye-catching raspberry colored fringed flowers are heaviest in spring on this upright spreading evergreen shrub but repeat throughout the year, foliage emerges rich burgundy fading to green; needs regular watering, especially in midsummer heat
Razzleberri Fringeflower is a multi-stemmed evergreen shrub with a more or less rounded form. Its relatively fine texture sets it apart from other landscape plants with less refined foliage.
This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, and should only be pruned after flowering to avoid removing any of the current season's flowers. It has no significant negative characteristics.

New fences are up! 'All Fence' did a fantastic job! In many places, big boards were placed horizontally at the bottom of the fences. In the future, if we have rot, those boards can be replaced without replacing the whole fence.
PATIO CONSTRUCTION IN THE COMMUNITY AREA
